New York Mets All-Star catcher Mike Piazza will get married next weekend, according to a Newsday report on Wednesday.

According to the report, Piazza will marry his longtime girlfriend Alicia Rickter, a former Playboy Playmate who also acted on the television show "Baywatch." The wedding will reportedly take place on Jan. 29 in Miami, where Piazza owns a condo, Newsday reported.

Newsday was unable to reach Piazza for comment, but the newspaper reported that former teammates Al Leiter and John Franco were among those on the guest list.

According to Newsday, Piazza also once dated Playmate Darlene Bernaola. He has also fended off rumors that he was gay, and once held a press conference to deny the rumors.

Piazza said at the time: "I'm not gay. The truth is that I'm heterosexual and date women."
