Murray said he’s now fully recovered from his 2022 ACL injury, adding that he “felt something” in his surgically repaired knee early in the 2024 season. He had just two designed rush attempts of more than 15 yards. “I don’t want to get too scheme based, but I do feel like I have to run more next year,” Murray said in a recent interview. “I’m open to running more next year, just because it’s such a weapon, you know, it’s such a weapon. ... I think where we get better is making things happen outside the pocket. When plays break down, we need to be better there.” Murray last season had 572 yards and five touchdowns on 78 rushing attempts. He logged 4.6 rushes per game, way short of his career high of 8.4 rushing attempts per game in 2020, when he finished with 819 yards and 11 scores on the ground. A boost in rushing attempts could make Murray an every-week starter in 12-team fantasy formats.

The explosive Overshown underwent surgery after a serious knee injury ended his 2024 season in early December. The versatile linebacker has a chance to return to the Dallas lineup sometime around midseason, which will be a needed boost for the Cowboys defense. Before suffering the knee injury, Overshown had 84 tackles, five sacks, one interception, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery, eight tackles for loss and one defensive touchdown in 2024.

Golden has visited with several teams in the lead up to the 2025 draft, where he could be the first receiver off the board. Golden has held pre-draft meetings with the Cowboys, the Bucs, and the Steelers. Green Bay is still looking for an unquestioned WR1 after none of their four main wideouts stepped in 2024. Golden is similar size and has similar speed to Jayden Reed, though Reed’s after the catch production was far superior coming into the league. The Packers could be among a handful of teams jockeying on draft night to land Golden, 21, as his draft stock steadily rises.

Rapoport acknowledged that things are “not great” between Cook and the Bills after general manager Brandon Beane said in late March that he didn’t foresee the two sides “getting something done anytime soon” on a contract extension for Cook ahead of his fourth NFL season. Cook, who has back-to-back 1,000 yard rushing seasons and totaled 18 touchdowns in 2024, reportedly put his Buffalo home up for sale after Beane’s comments. In a social media post, Cook requested $15 million per year in a new deal with Buffalo, a steep price for a solid-but-not-spectacular back. Cook’s contract disagreement will likely linger into the summer and could affect his training camp participation if progress is not made in the coming months. Ray Davis would be positioned to see extra run if Cook falls out of favor with the Bills.

Williams has a couple connections to the Titans: Offensive coordinator Nick Holz was Williams’ OC at UNLV in 2022 and Cam Ward — Tennessee’s potential top pick in the draft — was Williams’ quarterback at Washington State in 2022 and 2023. Williams was an explosive after-the-catch producer at Washington State; he was 13th in YAC per reception in 2024 and piled up 1,198 yards and 14 touchdowns for the Cougars. Williams, 22, would have a real shot to be Tennessee’s top receiver if the team reunites him with Ward.

Golden, who NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport believes is “in the mix” to be the first receiver off the board in the 2025 NFL Draft, is slated to speak with Tampa coaches and front office officials as the Bucs consider how to approach the 19th pick in the draft. Golden, 21, went for 987 receiving yards and nine touchdowns last year at Texas as a downfield dominator. Golden caught seven of 13 deep ball targets for 248 yards and three touchdowns in 2024. He would be a nice complement to Chris Godwin and Mike Evans, and would likely play ahead of Jalen McMillan.

Judkins’ visit with the Bengals comes after a recent meeting with the Texans ahead of the 2025 draft. He’s also slated to meet with the Broncos. The explosive Judkins racked up nearly 4,000 rushing yards and 45 rushing scores over three collegiate seasons, the final two with Ohio State. He added another five touchdowns on 59 career receptions at Ohio State and Ole Miss. There are some major holes in Judkins’ profile: In 2024 he finished 170th out of 190 qualifying running backs in rush yards after contact per carry and his yards per route run ranked 79th. He could complicate things for Chase Brown if the Bengals take him in the draft. Cincinnati holds the 17th and 49th picks in the draft’s first two rounds.

This doesn’t come as much of a surprise. The former No. 1 overall pick from the 2022 NFL Draft has totaled 10 or more sacks in each of his last two seasons and has 24 sacks to his name overall. Walker has shown continued development as a premier pass rusher in the league and has ranked 22nd or higher amongst EDGE rushers in quarterback pressures in 2023 and 2024, per PFF. He’ll now be under contract through the 2026 season, but it wouldn’t be surprising if we saw him sign a long-term extension before entering his contract year.

Those holding dynasty stock in Tyrone Tracy may want to look away. The second-year back was taken in the fifth round of last year’s draft and didn’t take long to cement himself as the Giants’ top back, finishing the year with a 25 percent opportunity share while leading all Giants backs with 246 opportunities. Running back Devin Singletary remains on the team after signing a three-year, $16.5 million contract last season, but he’s not expected to make much of an impact next season. Ideally, any interest the Giants may have in a rookie running back will be as added depth behind Tracy, but he will be 27 when his rookie contract expires. Adding a talented back who is several years younger could make a lot of sense in the long term.
