Harper scratched with swollen left thumb

Bryce Harper was scratched from the Nationals' lineup Saturday with a swollen left thumb.
Harper got jammed by a pitch Friday and it sounds like the Nationals are just giving him the game off for precautionary reasons. He likely would have played if it were a regular season game and could return to Grapefruit League action Sunday. Carlos Rivero will replace him in the lineup.
