Drew (concussion) to take BP on the field

Stephen Drew (concussion) will progress to taking batting practice on the field Saturday.
Drew was cleared to resume workouts Thursday, but is still dealing with "slight fogginess" and isn't sure when he'll be ready to play in a game. While he hasn't been ruled out for Opening Day, it's a virtual certainty that Drew will open the year on the disabled list. Jose Iglesias is expected to handle shortstop duties for the Red Sox.
