The lawsuit claims Richardson, his brother Tyrell, Richardson's girlfriend, and two others verbally and physically abused Krystal Jones and Kathleen Hunter at Richardson's home in the early hours of December 10. The complaint accuses Richardson of slamming his fist onto the hood of Jones' vehicle, causing $1,500 in damage, and orchestrating a physical assault on the two women. It's always fishy when "civil suits" are brought forth without formal criminal charges, making it appear very much like the women are only after Richardson's money. The suit definitely won't affect Richardson's 2013 availability, and we wouldn't be surprised if it went away soon.
