Jason Kipnis may be able to play by Sunday

Indians manager Terry Francona indicated that Jason Kipnis (elbow) was able to take batting practice in the cage on Friday, and may be able to return to game action as soon as Sunday.
Kipnis hasn't been in the lineup since Monday due to soreness in his right elbow, but the issue doesn't sound like it will keep him out of any meaningful action. He's considered day-to-day for the moment and can still be drafted with confidence as a high-end second baseman.
