J.A. Happ goes six scoreless versus Red Sox
J.A. Happ - S - Toronto Blue Jays
March 22, 2013 - 4:20 PM ET

J.A. Happ allowed two hits over six innings in the Blue Jays' 1-0 victory over the Red Sox on Friday.

Happ was essentially facing Triple-A Pawtucket's lineup today, giving him a nice preview if the Blue Jays follow through with their original plan to send him down to the minors. Still, that would be difficult to do at this point. Happ is throwing far better than Ricky Romero right now and is deserving of the fifth spot in the rotation.
