The Charlotte Observer believes the signing of KR/WR Ted Ginn "could spell the end" of Armanti Edwards' time with the Panthers.

Edwards should have been released a year ago, but former GM Marty Hurney couldn't pull the trigger on one of his many draft blunders. Edwards had his "best" season in 2012, but has never been a reliable play-maker since being the No. 89 pick of the 2010 draft. He'll likely be cut loose in short order.
