Arodys Vizcaino out until midseason

Cubs manager Dale Sveum doesn't expect Arodys Vizcaino (elbow) to be an option for the Cubs until midseason.
Vizcaino had Tommy John surgery last March and has started throwing bullpen sessions, but the Cubs will bring him along slowly. "[The ball is] coming out of his hand pretty good," Sveum said. "He's a middle-of-the-season-type guy. He'll be ready in the middle of the season."
