Robbie Ross moved back to bullpen

Robbie Ross has been moved back to the bullpen.
Ross has put up a 3.07 ERA over 14 2/3 Cactus League innings, but the Rangers prefer to keep him in the bullpen, where he posted a 2.22 mark as a rookie last year. The competition for the No. 5 starter spot is down to Nick Tepesch, Randy Wells, Derek Lowe and Justin Grimm, with Tepesch looking like the favorite at the moment.
