Report: No chance Cruz gets an offer sheet

ESPN's Adam Schefter believes it's highly unlikely restricted free agent Victor Cruz will be signed to an offer sheet.

"There's as much chance a team will sign Victor Cruz to (an) offer sheet as there is one will deal for Tim Tebow," tweeted Schefter. "Neither happening." Despite rumors last week that Cruz could garner interest, it was never likely. The deadline for teams to sign Cruz to an offer sheet is April 19, so there's still time for some club to have a change of heart. We wouldn't expect it.
