Free agent Josh Cribbs (meniscus surgery) passed his physical with the Cardinals, but the team wants to wait until he's "fully recovered" to make the deal official.
Per Cribbs' agent, he's expected to be 100 percent in about five weeks. Cardinals coach Bruce Arians has plans to use Cribbs all over the field if/when he arrives in the desert, perhaps even at running back. "He's such a big, physical guy. ... I'd like to get my hands on him and find out about a couple things he can do as a receiver and a back." Barring a complication with his knee, Cribbs will soon be a Cardinal.
