Report: Tim Tebow remains on trading block

A source tells ESPN New York that the Jets still plan to release Tim Tebow if they can't trade him.
Coach Rex Ryan and owner Woody Johnson have insisted Tebow remains part of the Jets' 2013 plans. They're just trying to create leverage. They're fully expected to set Tebow free once they realize no one will trade for him. He's not part of the quarterback competition between offseason No. 1 Mark Sanchez and David Garrard.
