Astros manager Bo Porter said Tuesday that Philip Humber has all but secured a spot in the rotation.
Porter noted that Humber came into camp competing for a job and has done everything the Astros have asked him to do, including pitch well. The 30-year-old owns a sparkling 1.29 ERA and 0.64 WHIP in 14 innings this spring. But he's unlikely to be an impact starter in fantasy leagues.
