Rapada's status for Opening Day in question
Clay Rapada - R - New York Yankees
March 19, 2013 - 9:20 PM ET

Clay Rapada, who was shut down nearly two weeks with left shoulder bursitis, has resumed playing catch.

While the left-hander doesn't need many spring innings to get himself ready for Opening Day, his status remains in question. Rapada registered a stellar 2.82 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 38/17 K/BB ratio over 70 appearances with the Yankees in 2012. He's nothing more than a left-handed specialist, though, and holds no value in most fantasy leagues.
