Wes Welker's agent insists the Patriots never made an offer.
Welker's rep believes the Patriots never had any intention of bringing back his client. That clashes with reports that the Pats offered a two-year, $10 million deal that could be worth up to $16 million through incentives, but we'll likely never learn the full truth. Both sides have gone into full-on spin mode.
