Browns have 'looked into' TE Fred Davis

The Cleveland Plain Dealer's Terry Pluto reports the Browns have "looked into" free agent TE Fred Davis.
Pluto isn't sure if the Browns are serious about signing Davis, and adds that Cleveland is concerned about the tight end's Achilles' injury. Davis has been linked to the Browns and Redskins, but he may have to sit on the market awhile longer while teams figure out how well his recovery is going.
