Mejia dealing with forearm tendinitis

Jenrry Mejia hasn't appeared in a game since Monday due to right forearm tendinitis.
It's been a challenge for Mejia to stay on the field this spring, as he arrived late to camp due to a visa issue and then needed to be flown to New York to be examined for a thyroid issue. Mejia had Tommy John surgery on his right elbow in 2011, so the Mets aren't going to take any chances. It's not clear when he'll make his next appearance.
