49ers looking for veteran CB 'with size'

The Sideline View's Adam Caplan reports the 49ers are "looking to add a veteran cornerback with size."
A four-year veteran who stands in at 6-foot-3, 214 pounds, free agent Sean Smith certainly fits the bill. Smith has already been connected to the 49ers, and could perhaps be signed with the money they'll save by letting S Dashon Goldson walk. At 6-foot-2, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie is another possibility.
