Brett Anderson leaves game with neck injury

Brett Anderson left Sunday's Cactus League game with a strained right trapezius muscle.
Anderson collided with Adam Eaton while trying to cover third base and was removed after just eight pitches. The injury doesn't appear to be anything too serious at this point. Anderson said that his neck "just spazzed up." He doesn't expect to miss more than a few days.
