Trevor Rosenthal pitched two scoreless innings out of the pen Wednesday against the Marlins.
It's notable that Rosenthal was penciled in for just two innings today after throwing three innings last week. While Rosenthal was always a big long shot for a spot in the Cardinals rotation, the workload roll back could be an indication that he's more likely to start off in the major league pen than in the Triple-A rotation.
