Russell Wilson's 'mindset is to be great'

Appearing on NFL Live Tuesday, Seahawks FB Michael Robinson cited Russell Wilson's "attitude" for the 2012 third-round pick's rookie success.

Wilson is brimming with arm talent and athleticism, but elite intangibles are still his calling card. "He had a saying," Robinson recalled of Wilson, "'The separation is in the preparation.' And the kid prepares so hard during the week. He's the first guy in the building. He lifts with the offensive linemen even on days he isn't supposed to lift. ... He's the last one out of the building. When I say last one, coaches included. His mindset is to be great."
