Gerrit Cole strikes out six against Spain

2011 No. 1 overall draft pick Gerrit Cole fanned six in three scoreless innings Tuesday as the Pirates smoked Spain 10-0 in an exhibition.
The Pirates have room for Cole in their rotation, but they're committed to sending him down to Triple-A to begin the year. It's probably for the best, since he figures to be capped out at around 160 innings this year anyway. He'll likely get his chance come June or July.
