Coughlin wants Cruz with Giants long term

Coach Tom Coughlin said there's "no question" he wants restricted free agent Victor Cruz with the Giants for the long-term.
In Coughlin's new book, he cites Cruz as an example of someone to emulate. He admitted some frustration regarding the lack of progress with negotiations, but can take some solace in the fact that Cruz will at least be retained via a one-year tender. The two sides have plenty of time to hammer out a long-term deal.
