Browns may have interest in Matt Moore

Mike Jurecki of XTRA Phoenix is "hearing" the Browns may have interest in free agent Matt Moore.
New Cleveland OC Norv Turner is a known fan of Moore, and the Cleveland Plain Dealer has repeatedly called Moore a stopgap option for the Browns' quarterback position. NFL free agents can commence formal negotiations with teams on March 9, and sign beginning on March 12. Moore is the top free-agent QB available.
