Titans still deciding on Jared Cook

Yahoo's Jason Cole reports the Titans are still deciding whether to place the franchise tag on free agent Jared Cook.
Tagging Cook would inevitably lead to a spat about his position -- wide receiver or tight end -- that might eventually require an arbitrator's intervention. The Titans may instead simply allow Cook to test free agency and let the market determine his worth. They have less than an hour before the 4PM ET deadline.
