Dickey will start Friday night against Mexico

R.A. Dickey will start for Team USA in the World Baseball Classic on Friday night against Mexico.
It's the opening game of the event for Team USA. They will then play Italy on Saturday night and Canada on Sunday afternoon. Derek Holland, Ross Detwiler, Gio Gonzalez and Ryan Vogelsong are the other starters on the USA roster. Jeremy Affeldt, Heath Bell, Mitchell Boggs, Steve Cishek, Tim Collins, Luke Gregerson, David Hernandez, Craig Kimbrel, Glen Perkins and Vinnie Pestano will work out of the bullpen.
