Scout: Not sure how smart WR Patterson is

One NFL scout questioned how smart Tennessee WR Cordarrelle Patterson is.
"He's explosive," the scout said. "He's dynamic. He runs consistent 4.4s, I'm just not sure how smart he is. You're going to have to keep it simple for him. But the kid is really dynamic." We've seen plenty of prospects show intelligence on the field despite questions off of it, but teams will need to feel comfortable with Patterson regardless.
