Ex-Browns coach Pat Shurmur and his staff were reportedly "not thrilled" with Josh Gordon's approach in 2012 training camp.
Gordon "seemed to believe his immense natural talent was enough." The coaches eventually got through to Gordon, but new Browns brass is aware of his history and has attempted to send messages through the media. "I think he still has improvements [he] could make and there's hope that he can do that," new CEO Joe Banner stated recently. "Josh has to keep working hard and improving."
