Tennessee's Tyler Bray recorded the highest peak ball speed of any quarterback at the Combine, coming in at 59MPH.
It's not surprising. Bray has an absolute cannon for an arm and is a worthwhile mid- to late-round project. His footwork, accuracy, decision making, and intangibles all need major work. Bray would be a nice fit as a third-stringer in a vertical offense. The Ravens, Giants, and Falcons would all make sense.
