Randy Moss doesn't expected to be re-signed

A tweet from free agent Randy Moss on Saturday indicated he's been informed he won't be retained by the 49ers.
"Wished we could've finished the job!!" Moss tweeted, referring to the Niners' Super Bowl loss. "Thanks for the opportunity an(d) good luck in the future 9ers." Rotoworld free-agent wiz Nick Mensio ranks Moss 11th among available receivers, behind the likes of Kevin Ogletree, Jerome Simpson, and Donnie Avery.
