Rubby De La Rosa won't begin season in majors

Despite impressive results early in spring training, Red Sox manager John Farrell has indicated that Rubby De La Rosa will not make the team out of spring training.
Furthermore, he went as far to say that he could begin the year at Double-A Portland. The organization is being rightfully cautious with De La Rosa in his first season back from Tommy John surgery, but his stuff is too good to remain in the minor leagues for long. Expect to see him in Boston at some point during the 2013 campaign.
