Eric Fisher could go to Lions at No. 5

The Detroit Free Press considers Central Michigan LT Eric Fisher a realistic candidate for the Lions' pick at No. 5 overall.

Dee Milliner is the most popular Lions mock pick right now, but the Alabama cornerback might not get past corner-needy Philadelphia at No. 4. And there isn't another cornerback worth a top-five pick in this draft. Fisher would be an excellent fallback option, upgrading Matthew Stafford's blindside protection.
