Packers could try Bulaga at left tackle
Bryan Bulaga - T - Green Bay Packers
Feb. 27, 2013 - 10:55 AM ET

Coach Mike McCarthy is considering moving Bryan Bulaga to left tackle next season.

The Packers are looking to upgrade on incumbent LT Marshall Newhouse, who allowed 11 sacks and struggled in the run game last season. He'll face competition from Derek Sherrod and possibly Bulaga, whom McCarthy graded out as an All-Pro right tackle before a year-ending Week 9 hip fracture. "I'll say this," McCarthy said. "We will be a better offensive line next year. You can write that down."
