Ravens, Flacco talks 'remain active'

Talks between the Ravens and free agent Joe Flacco "remain active," but no deal is imminent.

Per sources, "plenty of work remains to be done to reach an agreement." Speaking Tuesday, Flacco's rep said he's confident Tom Brady's below-market extension will have "no impact whatsoever" on negotiations. It remains unclear if the Ravens will use the exclusive or non-exclusive franchise tag if a deal cannot be reached before Monday's deadline to apply the tag.
