The Philadelphia Inquirer reiterates that Nnamdi Asomugha appears "more likely to be released than kept."
Asomugha's player rep met with GM Howie Roseman at the Combine to discuss a contract restructuring, but it's unlikely that the two sides are going to find equal ground. Two years ago, Asomugha signed a five-year, $60 million contract and although he's struggled mightily, he could argue that the Eagles' "Wide Nine" scheme crippled him. A fresh start is probably a good thing for both parties.
