Dave Bush threw two hitless innings out of the pen to pick up the win as the Blue Jays bested the Tigers 8-3 on Saturday.
Back where he started, Bush is a major long shot to crack the Blue Jays' Opening Day roster after going 4-3 with a 3.16 ERA in 11 starts with the Phillies' Triple-A affiliate and spending some time in Korea last year. Bush went 10-15 with a 4.15 ERA for the Blue Jays in 2004-05 before being shipped to Milwaukee and turning in a couple of nice years for the Brewers.
