Stephen Strasburg gives up two runs in first

Stephen Strasburg gave up a two-run homer in the first before settling down and pitching a scoreless second against the Mets on Saturday.

Strasburg was on a pitch count of 45 today and needed 31 to get through the first, but he managed to pitch a perfect second and finish up at 42 pitches. The homer was hit by Ruben Tejada on a day in which the ball was carrying very well to left-center.
