Jets double down on Sanchez facing comp.

Both Jets GM John Idzik and coach Rex Ryan reiterated Thursday that Mark Sanchez will face competition this summer.
"We're going to do everything to increase the competition so that he plays better," Idzik said bluntly. "Clearly, there's going to be competition," Ryan concurred. It only took four progressively worse seasons, but the Jets are finally trying to light a fire under their faux-franchise quarterback. Their efforts are too little, too late.
