Telesco wants sit-down meeting with Gaither

Chargers GM Tom Telesco is hoping for a sit-down meeting with LT Jared Gaither before deciding Gaither's future.
Gaither is a gifted player with major concerns about his toughness and passion for football. "I want to talk to him," Telesco said. "I can't make any decisions based on what people have told me. It's a new regime." If released, Gaither would still account for $6 million in dead money on the Chargers' cap.
