Carlos Martinez late to Cardinals camp

Carlos Martinez still hasn't arrived at Cardinals camp in Jupiter, Florida because of a visa issue.
Joe Strauss of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch says the Cards "have no idea" when Martinez might show up while noting that the talented young righty is already two weeks behind the club's other pitchers. Martinez, 21, will either open the 2013 season at Double-A or Triple-A.
