Report: T-Jax getting no guaranteed money

Tarvaris Jackson's one-year deal is worth a maximum of $1.75 million, and includes no guaranteed money.

Initial reports pegged the maximum value of Jackson's deal at $4.5 million. Jackson's base salary is just $1.25 million, while he'll earn a $450,000 roster bonus if he's on the roster for Week 1. He should collect a $500,000 workout bonus. Jackson's paltry deal casts doubt on whether the Bills are truly staging an "open competition" at quarterback like they proclaimed upon T-Jax's return.
