Robert Griffin III 'won't compromise career'

Robert Griffin III (knee) said Tuesday that although his "goal" is to start Week 1, he will not "compromise" his career to do so.
As Griffin has shown throughout his time at Baylor and in the NFL, he has his head on straight. He won't submit to outside pressures put on him such as matching the freakish recovery timetable set by Adrian Peterson or living up to the "All in for Week 1" mantra of his Adidas commercial. Look for RG3 to truly feel 100 percent before he gets back on the field.
