Cosell: Only QB Manuel can run read-option

NFL draft guru Greg Cosell mentions that only FSU's E.J. Manuel is capable of running the read-option among the top QBs in the 2013 Draft.
This is an interesting take considering others, such as Syracuse's Ryan Nassib, have experience with it. "Look at this year's group of quarterbacks in the draft," Cosell says. "Only one, Florida State's E.J. Manuel, is capable of running the read option. None of the other top six or seven quarterbacks can do it."
