Bengals more interested in Brown than Nugent?

The Cincinnati Enquirer says "you would have to give the edge" to Josh Brown being re-signed by the Bengals, rather than Mike Nugent.
Brown was signed by the Bengals prior to Week 14 when Nugent went on injured reserve with a calf injury. Brown went on to make 13-of-14 field goals, including the game-winning 43-yard boot in Week 16 over the Steelers to clinch a playoff spot. Both kickers are free agents.
