Brewers to try Bobby Crosby at first base

Bobby Crosby will get a look at first base this spring.
The Brewers are trying to line up options for the position with Corey Hart (knee) out for at least the first month and Mat Gamel (knee) now unavailable for the entire season. Crosby hasn't appeared in a major league game since 2010, when he batted just .220/.294/.298 in 70 games between the Pirates and D'Backs. He can be ignored in fantasy leagues this year no matter what his role is.
