'No certainty' 49ers will tag Dashon Goldson

A league source tells CSN Bay Area it's "no certainty" the 49ers will use the franchise tag on free agent FS Dashon Goldson for the second consecutive offseason.
Keeping Goldson is expected to be a priority for the 49ers, but the sides will continue to negotiate a long-term deal ahead of the March 4 deadline to apply the franchise tag. Coming off arguably the best season of his career, Goldson would be due $7.5 million if tagged for the second straight year.
