Update: QB Barkley not medically cleared

Updating a previous item, USC QB Matt Barkley was not medically cleared to throw at the NFL Combine.
The NFL Network's Ian Rapoport adds the decision to sit out the throwing portion of drills was not Barkley's choice. "Instead, Matt Barkley will throw at his Pro Day on March 27," Rapoport tweeted. "He could throw two weeks earlier, docs asked him to wait, source says."
