Reds won't reveal plan in place for Chapman

Reds pitching coach Bryan Price indicated on Saturday that they have a plan in place for how to utilize Aroldis Chapman this season, but that they're keeping the details "on the down low."
Price said there is a pretty good understanding of where they will keep his innings limit at this season, after tossing 71 2/3 innings out of the bullpen in 2012. Even if that limit is around 170 innings as speculated, he still offers significant upside in fantasy drafts with his massive strikeout ability.
