Vick won't make any changes this offseason
Michael Vick - QB - Philadelphia Eagles
Feb. 16, 2013 - 8:45 PM ET

In a Saturday interview with Philadelphia's 97.5 The Fanatic, Michael Vick said he won't change his offseason regimen in an effort to stay healthy in 2013.

"I stayed upright for seven games and took about 180 hits," Vick said of his 2012 season. "I am going to train the way I train, I'm not going to change anything. I'm going to be who I am." Vick missed six games due to injury, and there's been concern over how he'll hold up in Chip Kelly's offense. He carries strong bounce-back value in 2013 if he can stay healthy, but remains a red flag injury risk going into the season.
